The initial workshop will give your business a real result and a view into Walnut Rock’s approach and capabilities to create a long-term relationship to engage the entirety of your enterprise. Our goal will be to leverage that resolution into a larger effort of integrating our principled and pragmatic approach to Lean TPM into the organization.
As a first step, we get participants in the initial workshops to fully understand an issue and to have an emotional connection to solving the problem where it starts. Resolving issues through the teaching of problem-solving skills creates ownership.

Following problem-solving workshops, our approach is to complete a Zero-Based Analysis (ZBA) across the enterprise and to identify the opportunities that could create value and growth. We can teach your organization to utilize tools that will enable your business to reach these goals. A full roll-out is custom-designed to your organization’s needs and the direction leadership wants to take your organization.
