Emily Andersen— Technical Writer
Emily Andersen is an experienced writing instructor and practitioner. She works in all levels of academia and in business environments with clients of all ages. She has been working for nine years— as a writing consultant, composition instructor, and corporate trainer—including 6 years’ experience creating and facilitating writing projects for various venues and clients. She developed “Professional Communication: Practicing Rhetorical Awareness in the Workplace,” a program designed to optimize communication across the organization. Her goal has always been to help clients hone the tools necessary to achieve their goals. ​

John Mutchler – Owner of Walnut Rock 
John Mutchler is a process change expert. He designed our methodology, inspired by 30 years of process change experience, technical experience, and experience with Lean/ TPM.  His work is founded upon the conviction that success comes from focusing on the results. He has worked to optimize operations, by building a fully integrated LEAN/TPM Pillar network from the ground up, across multiple business units and multiple domestic and international geographies. He has lead the way in creating a multi-level strategy that transformed a 3-year outlook from declining profit to 4x profit outlook.
